MAKE IT

Blend: 4 eggs and 3 bananas until smooth.

ADD IT

Stir in any or all of the following: (of course I add all)

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp organic maple syrup

1tsp vanilla

1tbsp cinnamon

Refrigerate for minimum one hour.

COOK IT

Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan, pour batter in and cook for around one minute each side until golden brown, then top with…

TOP IT

Berry Coulis

Heat 2 ½ cups of mixed berries, juice of 1 lime, and 1 tsp of coconut sugar (optional) in a saucepan on low heat for 10 minutes.

OR

Chocolate Sauce

Combine ½ cup of coconut oil, ½ cup of cacao powder and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Heat on low in a saucepan, mixing until smooth for 1-2 minutes.

PLUS

Mixed nuts, fresh fruit, yoghurt or coconut chips.
